nt bad..i manage to wake up at 11..counted quite early alrdy okay..hahah..lionel came over and we cycle to ssdc to print the results of the btt..and cycle over to meet siew huay for lunch..ate and she left for piano and we cycle back to bishan condo there met jon to swim and slack dere..cycle lik mad and the weather was hot..damn..left bout 6 plus 7 and cycle back home..

ran the park downstairs with the ankle weights..shiok + shuang( new word used forced by miss shernne)

okay hasnt been doing anythg for the rest of the night..boring..no tv shows..no nth

training at 845am..omfg..waking up at 7am..lets pray damn hard i dont overslp..
